I contacted Pop-A-Lock because I needed a key made for one of my trucks. I spoke to Greg and he scheduled me promptly for service. I am writing this review for any/all persons who require a locksmith for a vehicle and are not sure who to contact. I strongly recommend this company for all your locksmith needs. Greg was the third person I spoke to and by far the cheapest. The prices I got from other mobile locksmiths were 100% more than I paid Pop-A-Lock. If you want good service and an honest and fair price, call Greg before you go anywhere else. P.S. Mario, the technician that made my key, did a fine job. Overall this company is the best. The $129.00 I spent for service was money well spent!

Great service. Pop-A-Lock came out within an hour of my call at the exact time stated and fixed my jammed, 20 year old, MARKS lock in minutes. Plus, they cleaned and lubed the entire mechanism for good measure. And didn't try to up-sell me with a new lock or parts. Service-call charge only. Highly recommend.

Incredible service through and through. I lost my only car key and assumed it was in my car. Don came within 20 minutes of me calling. Super friendly and helpful! My key wasnt in there. He gave me Marios number to get started on making a new key. Mario was also very friendly and helpful and had Cathy call me back within the hour. She was so sweet! She arranged for Greg to come out who worked diligently in the cold and dark for 3+ hours to get me my key made. And he went above and beyond to have me drive it around to ensure that there wouldnt be issues since the computer was giving him troubles. They were all the nicest people who worked so efficiently. They also did it for almost half the price that other companies were going to charge me. So thankful.

Saved my day!!! Very professional and friendly. Within 30 minutes of calling I was back in my van. The driver called to let me know he was on his way and that it would be 15-20 minutes but wanted to make sure I had somewhere to wait and wasnt stranded on the roadside.

Each time we have lock services from Pop-A-Lock, Dunn is been dispatched. He is always on time and finishes quickly. Dunn works around our schedule and takes the time to explain what he did, even when it is complicated. We appreciate the genuine hospitality we have received from Dunn and we like that the same technician is sent to our location, as he knows what was previously done. I called Pop-a-Lock on a Sunday afternoon after having locked myself out of my house. They answered promptly, gave me a price for the service, and let me know someone would be out to my home within 30 minutes. A couple minutes later I got a call from the locksmith asking if we were alright (which I thought was very kind) and letting me know he is on his way. While we waited, we we're actually able to get into our home so the locksmith was no longer needed. I called to let him know and offered to pay a trip charge or something for his time since he was already on his way, but he refused and said that is not the kind of company Pop-a-Lock is and wished me a great day. I appreciate this gentleman's kindness and understanding so much and I will absolutely call Pop-a-Lock next time we need a locksmith.
