So, I scheduled an appointment with WEM Locksmith Services and they were at my place within a very short time of booking. They fixed the issue within a few minutes and the prices charged for the work were also very affordable. I would highly recommend them to all, as they were friendly and provided the best services. 5 stars!

I called to get a quote they were unable to advise a set price so I decided to seek someone else. I received a phone call from another gentleman advising they were in the area but again wanted to charge me 30 bucks to come out and a starting price of 30 for the work I declined, the man kept asking why I declined after telling them again why I am declining he hung up in my face!!!!!! Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion!

We got lock outta our house (with our 2 babies very cold) the Front door bottom lock not the dead bolt so I searched Google for a lock Smith went by Google reviews so I choose this one. Called got my call got my prices they told me 59.99 I double check 3 times with the guy MIICHAEL who was helping and bc I really couldn't understand him he respected it 3 time I even said it 1. Finally he raised is voice and said 29.99 for the tech to just come out 30 for service total for you will be 59.00 when the tech came out he told us the price would be 120.00!!!!! The priced doubled so the tech told me to call the office to see if I could talk to them. When I called he said I needed to see what the tech could do on the price so I was confused like what is going on here so I just hung up. I told the tech its ok won't need your services we tipped him for his drive out and he left. the locksmith company called me asking what happen so I told him we don't need your services you guys doubled your price thats not right he began to harass me about paying the guy for going out there I told him no bc how dare he call to make me tip the gentleman I told him to dont call this number again. He proceed to call me 2 more times to tell me to tip the tech till finally my hubby talked to him. This company seems very shaddyto me. Definally price gauging.

We have used WEM Locksmith Services twice. The first time, we have used for rekeying a doors' lock, and the second time we used their emergency services as we lost the key of our car after attending a party. The Locksmith responded promptly to all our calls, and in both situations, they solved our problems very generously. Moreover, they offer a great competitive price. Does not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. Called for a quote. Made it clear that all that was wanted at the time was a quote. At first, they were fine. Had a tech call me and when I asked for just a quote, instead of immediate service, I was given one. Received another phone call within the hour from someone else who then gave me the same quote again. My phone started blowing up with 'Scam Likely' calls within the hour after that call. After the sixth repeated back-to-back call attempt (3 the first time and 3 more shortly after) I answered and it was them again (yet another different person). I told them that I already got a quote from them twice, so that I was good and would get back to them later. At this time, he got irritated and started asking me why I called if I didn't want them to do the job now and why did I call if I was not interested. I told him that I didn't say I was not interested, but that I had already gotten their quote TWICE and didn't need to get it AGAIN. He then got more irritated and accused me of 'wasting his time' and got onto me for only wanting a quote... then hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and obviously doesn't care about getting customers unless they want their services immediately without question. I will never make the mistake of calling them again.
