This place is great. They are nice, fast, excellently priced, and have harder to find keys. When I called around Austin looking for someone to make a copy of a car key, I was sent away at each because they said the key for my car model had a chip, even though it does not. I was in Waco and had gone here before. I walked in, handed them my key without even telling about my car model. The guy took the key and walked directly to the rack and had the right key blank, first try. I tested it and it works perfectly both to unlock and start the car. I highly recommend this place!

I have went to this business 5 times over the last year or so. And 5 out of those 5 times they have been unable to help me AT ALL. All times i had different needs. This last time takes the cake. On Thursday I dropped off a simple hitch lock and asked for a key, guy kinda of blew me off, asked for my name and number and said he would call....no call Thursdsy, no call Friday. I called Saturday but of course the office was closed. I get a message Monday morning that they are...once again....unable to help me due to not having the correct blank. Super frustrating. Will never try to do business with this company again. Giving one extra star for occasionally being nice.

CUSTOMER PREVENTION at its finest!I had 6 keys cut last week - 2 of which didn't work. I went in today with all the keys in my hand and told him 2 didn't work - with a scowl he said OK. I asked - OK what? Again, with the same scowl he said - do you want to get them fixed? YOU THINK? It went downhill from there, so when he said he was the owner I left - never to darken his door again.One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever encountered.
