Really great service! I called on Thursday and asked if they could come the next day (expecting the answer to be no), but they were quick and out the next day!! They took care of us quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Also super reasonable prices!

Great Service. Got a Chipped Key for my vehicle and a Fob that locks/unlocks my car for less than what the dealer was going to charge me for just the spare key. Took about 15 minutes. Dealer had told me to plan on an hour. They were helpful and explained what they were doing. Will use again.

Was in town from Dallas for weekend and needed a new truck remote for for my 2015 Chevrolet. I walked in and his wife took my remote, tested it and put a new silisone sleeve on it and said remote and battery was fine. Had them make a new one anyway and they put a sleeve on that one also. Had both remotes programmed, tested and completed in less than 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes! The guy even left the truck running and locked since it was cold out. Clean nice showroom, awesome people, awesome price at less than 1/4 of dealer. All I did was hand them my debit. Best business I can remember being at in a long long time. Worth the drive from Dallas to save $220 on a GM remote. Super Happy in Dallas!

We called Roger at Waco Lock and Key to get a quote for replacement keys for our 2001 VW Passat. He was courteous and accommodating and the price was very reasonable. The store is nice and the reception was excellent when we arrived. We had pre-purchased our own key fobs which was not an issue with the cutting and programming. The service was professional and skilled and the bill was less than the quote. We couldnt have found a better locksmith. The entire experience was 100% gratifying. Seriously, One impressed and happy husband (and me too)

Very happy with how Roger handles himself. While he was programming my spare key, we had a normal conversation about how he got started in Waco. Got me a spare key in about 15 minutes tops. He then came back after he had already left and done another job (on his own dime) to jump start my car one more time when I requested it.

We were in town for my nephews graduation. My ignition key was worn and I was having trouble turning my ignition. Waco Lock and Key replaced the tumblers, the fob, and cut a new key from the code based on the VIN for less than the dealer was going to charge for a new fob plus programming. Their customer service was excellent and Roger was fast. Definitely would recommend them.

I had my door knob and dead bolt re-keyed without an existing key. Very knowledgeable and great service! Plus theyre the only place that I could find that was open Saturday (limited hours). And its still cheaper than buying new (house) locks and knobs. I will go back to them for other key jobs when needed even though theyre not the closest to my house. Thanks

Amazing people who care about you the customer. They are quick and very affordable. If you need a new key for your vehicle they will come to you and help you. I just called them to get a new replacement key for my 2001 Toyota sequoia and they made two keys for the quoted price. I will always use them in the future.

Amazing service! Had lost my keys to my Audi A4 got quotes from the dealership at over $400. I was like no way so I called around and Waco Lock and Key was able to get me the same key fob as the dealer for a fraction of the price! Would recommend to everyone if you're looking for an extra key fob for your Audi or a full replacement to call here instead!

They gave me my options for duplication and were more interested in my needs rather than me buying the highest priced option. Very professional and I will use their services in the future. Great couple to do business with. After calling the two bigger players in town, Roger gladly worked on making a key to my motorcycle top case luggage after I lost my only key. More than a fair price for the work he did; he could have charged me such much more but did not. It was actually less than what he quotes to me over the phone. I wholly enjoyed my experience at Waco Lock and Key! On my 2003 Honda the door locks had stopped working, so I decided to bring my cylinders and get the tumblers and springs replaced. I called ahead of time to make sure I could come in and over the phone, the owner was very polite. When I got to the shop the next day, Mr. Clark took a look at them and determined I might need a new key too and that I could get one there. His estimate of 20 minutes was spot on, and I enjoyed learning about and watching the machine cut my key. When it was all said and done, I was not that much out of pocket for the whole deal, about $120. They were very polite and kind I would recommend to everyone I know! The cylinders worked perfectly and I am back on the road again. Thanks, Waco Lock and Key. You're the best!
