Today was the second time I have had Eric from 285 Locksmith install new locks for me. He actually answered a late night call from me yesterday and was able to make an appointment today. He is reliable, pleasant, and skilled at his craft. He is punctual and works quickly and cleanly. Definitely 5 stars!

I had the pleasure meeting the owner who is in the trenches with you from beginning to end. He cut my aftermarket key and went above and beyond to cut me an additional key despite the problem we had with the key I ordered from Ebay... It was worth paying forward the for the additional programming because the dealership did not even care to follow through to commit for my key to work despite it being aftermarket.... Although it took a while Eric got it done!!!!.... Another satisfied THANK YOU LOCKSMITH285

I want to thank Eric for helping me in a time of need. The battery in my 30 year old safe died and the key to unlock it has long been lost. I had an urgent need to get into the safe because I am going on a business trip to Canada and my passport was locked inside.In 15 minutes Eric was able to get inside without damaging the contents and saved me a huge hassle.I'd strongly recommend 285 locksmith not only for their prompt service but also for their understanding of the situation. Hopefully I never need a locksmith again, but if I do, 285 Locksmith is the only number I'm calling.

Super quick to show up I called and within half hour he was at my door. I was amazed how quickly he was able to program 2 fobs for my dodge truck, the last locksmith took a half hour he was done in 5 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call and have them help me out again.

285 Locksmiths did a solid job of creating new key fobs for my late model Dodge truck. They were within 30 minutes of their original time estimate on a rainy day. David was very competent and professional in completing the job and made sure everything worked as it should before completing the job. That said, the price changed a couple of times, they don't disclose the credit card service charge until after the job is complete 93%) and the offer of an incentive for a discount for a Google review (that they hover and watch you write) is disconcerting. Hence, this is an edited review after they completed the job and had departed. I would call them again if I needed locksmith services.

I had a great experience with 285 Locksmith, when I called, they came within 30 minutes. Eric was professional, quick and even gave me some discount. The next day, we were still having issues with making copies of the keys and he was still available to help in any that he can. He has great customer service. Eric of 285 Locksmith saved the day!My husband and I had been locked out of our home for 5 hours waiting for promised help from KEYME who we called first. We had a keypad entry lock provided by CPI security that malfunctioned. CPI completely let us down and told us to call a locksmith instead of sending their own technician to help us. KEYME kept us on the hook for hours promising a technician was in route. When we FINALLY realized KEYME was not coming we called the next Google advertised locksmith and found Eric.I cannot say enough about this young mans professionalism, kindness and most of all calm eagerness to help us get back into our home. He knew I was stressed and a bit frightful about being scammed or taken advantage of, so he made a point immediately to show his credentials. He responded to our call in 18 minutes and had us in our home within 15 minutes of his arrival. He also installed a new deadbolt matching our existing keys. What fantastic service!!!!Thanks again Eric! We are very grateful for your help and kindness.

I called this company to unlock a lock box on a semi truck. The girl on the phone was nice and polite. The tech that went out kept calling my phone and i could not answer the phone because i was on the phone. I called him back and he advised that he wanted payment right now because I did not answer my phone? I advised him I sent over the paper showing credit card information and that he would get paid once the job is done and he advised me that the job was $370.00? I questioned the price and asked how would he know the amount if he has not completed the job. He said this was a lot of work and that is what it would cost. He was done with the job in 10 minutes and charge is $370.00. I was advised from the customer service agent that the tech can charged what they want to. With this said I would never use this company again they are a rip off. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THEM
