My key got stuck inside my door lock this morning on my way out to work. Called a couple of in town locksmiths and told them of my problem. Each one told me that the tumbler will need to be replaced. I called Roswell GA Locksmith LLC and spoke with the owner. He said he can rebuild the tumbler and that there was no need to replace it. He sent a locksmith who came in within 30 min, fixed my door lock, I paid a fraction of what the other companies were about to charge me he was professional and handled business the way it should be handled. 5 stars are not enough

Had to give it one star, but should be 0. I haven't had a more unprofessional experience with a company in a very long time. From the answering service being rude and having a conversation between taking my call and heavily sighing like I was bothering her, to the locksmith being an hour late, and carrying on about his DUI the night before and having a flirtatious (sexual) conversation with the office staff while running my debit card, I am appalled. I will NEVER contact this service again. I'd rather bust in my window to get my keys out of my car. Oh, and who knows what their actual price is, since the sleazy guy who opened my door said $80, then added 'But for you, I'll only charge $60.' Horrible.
