Raz has literary saved my pockets! I lost my car key in an Atlanta Airport and I did not realize that I didn't have it until I made it back to Dallas. So I called SOS Locksmith and I only had to wait 20 minutes for Raz to arrive. He was super helpful and professional, and it only took about 15 minutes to get the job done. I had an amazing experience with these people. I needed their service for a new programmed key for an F150, and they did everything in their power to make that happen. I was in a spot where i needed to halt the work, and needed them to wait an extra day, and they did with no added fees, even though they had to come out twice. Ben, who worked with me, did an amazing job, and was even willing to help my car's battery by giving it a jump. He was friendly, and answered all questions I had for him. I could not have asked for better service. This was an amazingly helpful store, that helped me when i needed them.

Fast and quick service.... the only bad thing was he charged us $200 for a new key when mine was laying on the driver side floor Ill definitely be more alert to avoid something like this if it happens again. I lost $80 just because I didnt look before he made the key

I don't normally review on here, but this place was so great! My key broke off in my lock, called SOS Locksmith & they were here in 10 min. The lock was difficult to repair, so they gave me a new lock & charged the same price. And they were done in less than a 1/2 hr. Great service!
